Elderly/older persons care

If you feel that all you need is a helping hand we can offer you the following support:

  • Pop in service, to make sure you're OK
  • Escorts to places you wish to visit including the hospital, pub, cinema, church or even for coffee with friends
  • Personal care – help with going to the lavatory, bathing and dressing
  • Night sitters and sleepers who can provide you with reassurance during the night.

Short term care

A temporary arrangement for when a little extra help is needed whilst you recover from an operation, illness or accident.

Nutrition support

Nutritional needs can be met through a variety of delivery routes and an array of formulas.

Home-based treatments

We can help with home-based treatments for a range of illness such as cancer, diabetes and anaemia.

Health and social care

We can help you to choose the care you need if you have a chronic unstable condition or long term functional disability in order to maintain and maximise the potential for health.

Support for Carers and Respite Care

Home Healthcare provides support for Carers who are looking after loved ones. We can offer you practical help and advice, or just a break, giving you the peace of mind to know that your loved one will be well looked after.

Palliative, Terminal Care and Compassionate Care

We offer palliative, terminal care and compassionate care for improving the quality for life for those who are chronically or terminally ill.

Post stroke care

After a stroke you may not be able to do all the things that you could do beforehand, you may need some extra help at home or emotional support, we can support you at this time.

Professional nursing care

Caring for clients of all ages and families. Our nurses will promote health, work with you in preventing illness, and care for those of you who are ill, disabled or dying.
